Dairy factory manager

Yo-Health is seeking a proactive, motivated and reliable Dairy Production Manager to be responsible for managing dairy production. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, enjoy working together in a small, dedicated team, and be committed to producing high quality products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties as needed) · Position is responsible for the overall efficiency, safety and profitable operation of the facility. · The environment is fast-paced, action-oriented, and high-energy. · Required to coordinate all production floor activities including scheduling needs, safety and equipment maintenance. · Candidates must have strong leadership skills and the ability to build effective teams. · Work with local management teams to ensure all quality and production goals are consistently met. · Review production costs and product quality, and revise production and inventory control plans to maintain and improve the department's profitable operations. · Manage and support local maintenance teams to ensure maximum uptime of all plant equipment. · Ensure a safety culture is followed in all aspects of operations and create a people-centered environment that promotes teamwork and excellent customer service. · Create and monitor profit and loss statements; develop and implement financial strategies for the facility, including future personnel, equipment and facility needs. · Provide necessary technical guidance related to factory production processes. · Manage a variety of daily administrative and operational tasks. · Coordinate with other company resources as needed. · Provide other visible hands-on support. . Bachelor's degree in Dairy · Production: Those with experience are preferred. · Management: Applicants with experience in the food industry are preferred. · Possess excellent communication skills; able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing with peers, management and suppliers. · Training for motivated, dedicated individuals who are looking for a career.
