Study abroad planning consultant

1. Provide study abroad consulting services to customers in strict accordance with the company's work standards and service procedures, understand the relevant background information required by customers to apply for study abroad in the country, analyze and diagnose the learning status of customer students, and formulate realistic memorization plans and learning progress plans. 2. Invite customers by phone, receive, consult, facilitate signing of orders, and complete monthly sales tasks. 3. Maintain contact with contracted customers, conduct return visits to old customers and provide information feedback; regularly visit uncontracted customers to maintain good customer relationships. 4. Under the guidance of the supervisor, explore new markets, add new customers and cooperate with other departments to complete work. 5. Collect and analyze market data and conduct regular market reports and sales reports. 6. Expand and improve the sales platform framework and promote product promotion. 1. Have at least two years of experience living/working/study overseas 2. Have experience in sales, course consultant or related work in the education industry 3. Have a down-to-earth attitude, serious work, strong online/offline communication skills, and be good at empathy 4. Have strong information collection and organization skills and good writing skills.
