Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work, and certain learning ability 4. Candidates with Bookkeeping and Payroll experience are preferred. Job Type: Full-time Required language: Chinese 1. The general manager should report to the person in charge of the company, complete all assigned indicators, and report the implementation status to the person in charge of the company. 2. Responsible for publicizing and implementing relevant national and industry laws, regulations, guidelines and policies. 3. Determine the company's business policy, establish the company's business management system and organize its implementation and improvement to provide sufficient resources for the operation of the business management system. 4. Preside over the company's daily operation and management work, and organize the implementation of the company's annual business plan and investment plan. 5. Responsible for convening and chairing the general manager meeting of the company, coordinating, inspecting and supervising the work of various departments. 6. Continuously adjust the company's business direction according to market changes to enable the company to develop sustainably and healthily. 7. Responsible for advocating the company's corporate culture and business philosophy and shaping the corporate image. 8. Responsible for handling external business on behalf of the company and carrying out public relations activities. 9. Responsible for the establishment of the company's information management system and the allocation of information resources. 10. Sign daily administrative and business documents to ensure the legality of the company's operations. 11. Responsible for the development, management and improvement of the company's human resources. 12. Responsible for the company’s safety work. 13. Responsible for determining the company's annual financial budget and final accounts, profit distribution plan and loss compensation plan. 14. Responsible for the adjustment of the company's organizational structure. 15. Responsible for organizing and completing other temporary and phased work and tasks assigned by the board of directors.
