Job Responsibilities: Fully responsible for office personnel, logistics, and financial affairs; Responsible for coordinating and managing company personnel, visitor reception, attendance registration, etc.; Responsible for various personnel work such as company recruitment, employee onboarding and resignation; Responsible for employee performance evaluation and assessment; Cooperating with finance to complete budgets, expense reimbursements, and financial accounting; Responsible for meeting preparations and collation of written materials; Responsible for the purchase and distribution of office supplies; Comprehensive management of the office, assisting in the establishment, revision, and implementation supervision of various management rules and regulations of the company. Job requirements: Bachelor degree or above is preferred, business major is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and other related office software is preferred; good oral expression and leadership skills; quick thinking, strong affinity, and good judgment.
