Understand the core needs of customers, match and provide suitable properties. 3. Establish customer files, integrate customer resources, and coordinate team members to do customer service and customer relationship management. 4. Responsible for the development, maintenance and accumulation of company properties, and establish good business collaboration relationships with owners. 5. Proactively obtain listings from major real estate projects. 6. Responsible for the maintenance of real estate information through online channels, and build a personal professional brand. 1. Priority will be given to those with sales experience and those who intend to take the real estate agent certificate 2. Good communication skills, positive, optimistic, cheerful, good self-drive and enterprising spirit 3. Interested in real estate, relevant experience in apartment and commercial real estate sales will be given priority 4. Internet thinking; sunny, practical, dreamy, willing to work hard to realize personal value 5. Willing to serve high-end customers, and willing to improve their comprehensive capabilities through face-to-face communication with high-end customers 6. Ability to proactively contact and follow up with customers 1. Complete real estate training courses 2. Professional lawyer consultation, support from legal lawyers and tax lawyers 3. Generous commissions, and generous annual/quarterly bonuses 4. The company has a team system, and experienced salespeople will bring new people into the industry one-on-one 5. Provide various resources for new people, and a customer promotion system to help new people quickly become familiar with the industry 6.
