We are looking for a self-motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide critical solutions based on customer needs. Ability to answer customer questions on the phone and online Optimize customer service processes and understand their needs and requirements Maintain good working relationships with customers Handle elevated customer interactions in the call center with the goal of providing excellent service and customer satisfaction, ensuring customer retention, and growing business for our customers Perform other customer service duties as assigned 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or customer success Good communication skills, friendliness, and patience Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and strong execution skills Clear sense of values and teamwork Proficient in English and Mandarin is a good plus Medical insurance, dental and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Reminder: Don’t rush to send money or pay a deposit before seeing the real thing to avoid being scammed.
