The job content is to handle related documents and emails on the computer, and answer customer calls. The working atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Training is provided for those with or without experience. It is required to have legal working status in the United States, be able to file taxes, and be fluent in Chinese and English. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm; in addition to federal and Chinese New Year paid holidays, full-time employees who have become full-time employees after one year of service are entitled to paid holidays.
