1. Respond to and follow up customer service emails in a timely manner, modify negative reviews, resolve platform disputes, handle refunds and returns, supervise the BBE status of all accounts, and maintain good account performance; 2. Organize and summarize email documents, establish response documents for frequently raised questions and update them in a timely manner; 3. Make regular arrangements to proactively contact customers to ensure that customers contact us before problems occur; 4. Track order information, handle customer complaints, and properly handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds; 5. Applicants with customer service-related work experience will be given priority; 6.
