Training location: 132-49 41Rd, Flushing, across the street from the library. 2 classes per week, 3 hours each, 16 classes in total, 48 hours. We focus on students’ hands-on ability. All classes are to train hands-on ability, not only learning to make sushi, but more importantly, the on-site posting of sushi. The teacher is Master Zhang, who has more than 20 years of sushi making experience. He teaches in Japanese and Chinese. Students will master Japanese and English terms in sushi processing and will have an internship opportunity every week. During the training period, novices can work as our company's sushi assistants. Salary: $8-9 per hour. Location: Manhattan, Staten Island. After the training, they can work as our company's sushi chefs, or they can be recommended to work as sushi chefs in major sushi restaurants familiar to our company. The reference salary of a sushi chef in a Chinese restaurant: $15/hr (monthly salary $3,000). The reference salary of a sushi chef in a Western restaurant: $25/hr (monthly salary $5,000).
