In order to promote the growth of catering culture business and enhance brand awareness, Apollo International Capital will prepare and operate the fifth catering company Jasmine (216E 49th St) in 2017. Fluent in English and Mandarin, with relevant hotel management academic background or more than two years of management experience in high-end restaurants b. Have professional insights into the New York catering industry, and professional knowledge of food, wine and services c. Have strong communication skills and the ability to be flexible in handling affairs 2. Dim sum chef: with more than two years of experience, candidates with status are preferred 3. Shanghai Wok: those with more than two years of experience, candidates with status are preferred 4. Sichuan cuisine chef: those with more than two years of experience, those with status are preferred 5. Head chef: those with more than two years of experience, those with status are preferred 6. Wok: those with more than one year of experience, those with status are preferred 7. Bartender: a. Have professional knowledge and understanding of drinks, and have at least two years of working experience in high-end restaurants b. Fluent in Chinese and English, good at communicating with guests, establishing good customer relationships, and highlighted personal style. 8. Entrepreneurship: Priority is given to those with experience and status. 9. Chores: Priority is given to those with experience and status. 10. Dishwashing: Priority is given to those with experience and status. 11. Noodle cooking: Priority is given to those with experience and status. 12.
