What attractions are included with the New York City Pass? List of all attractions, the package includes the following attractions, but not all attractions are redemption points: New York City Pass - 1. Empire State Building Observatory 350 5th Ave. and 34th York, NY 10118. Phone: (877) 692-8439 Hours: Mon–Sun, 8am–2pm Entry method: After passing the security check, show CityPASS at the entrance on the second floor Combo tickets avoid the hassle of queuing to buy tickets. Exchange your ticket exchange ticket for a CityPASS package at the main ticket window. Present your CityPASS again at the audio tour booth on the second floor to receive a free audio tour device. NOTE: During peak hours you may encounter queues outside the main entrance. For comfort and safety reasons, there will be a certain limit on the number of people waiting inside at a time. Once inside, CityPASS holders can skip the regular Empire State Building ticket line and head straight to the express elevator line. New York City Pass - 2.
