Trim carcasses and classify and package them accordingly Assist in removing skins, sawing bones, chopping, scaling, gill removal, and steaming and frying services requested by customers Serve guests 2. Basic requirements Must be able to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including working on weekends, holidays, etc. Bonus points for being able to speak and speak Mandarin/English/Spanish fluently.
