Work Location NJ Edison Fluent in English required The Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management of the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient collaboration between departments to improve customer satisfaction and hotel profitability. This position requires excellent leadership, communication skills and service awareness, and the ability to make efficient decisions in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate the operations of various hotel departments (front office, guest rooms, catering, engineering, etc.). Develop and implement operational plans, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency. Assist the general manager to complete annual goals and strategic deployment. Supervise customer service quality to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle customer complaints and special needs, maintain the hotel's reputation. Analyze customer feedback and promote service improvement measures. Recruit, train and manage employees in various departments. Implement performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms to improve team morale. Establish a positive working atmosphere to promote employee development and stability. Assist in formulating annual budgets and revenue forecasts. Control operating costs and optimize resource allocation. Review financial statements and make suggestions for improvement. Ensure the hotel complies with relevant laws, regulations and safety standards. Organize regular safety inspections and emergency drills. Manage risk control and internal audit processes. High school degree or above, hotel management or related majors are preferred. Familiar with the operating procedures of various hotel departments, and have cross-departmental coordination skills. Have excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Be proficient in using hotel management systems and office software. Have good service awareness and customer-oriented thinking.
