Catering Equipment Company Order Clerk/Office Administrative Assistant [Full-time] Fairfield, NJ; Aurora, CO; Westborough, MA; Houston, TX Job Description: Receive and process orders for materials and merchandise. Track orders, update status and notify customers of changes to delivery schedules. Maintain records of price, delivery date, inventory and other data associated with each transaction. Utilize a database or tracking system to process orders. Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email and provide solutions. Can clearly communicate and provide solutions and information to customers. Analyze customer needs and refer to other departments for follow-up as needed. You can leverage a customer relationship application or database to record activity and research product information. Report to Operations Manager. Can complete tasks independently. Skills Required: Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Highly accurate and attention to detail. Strong organizational and data management skills. Basic understanding of and credit process. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service orientation. Intermediate to advanced data entry skills. Proficient in English and MS Office. Problem solving skills. Ability to work effectively with a team. Experience Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
