We are a food factory located in East Hanover, making finished salads for large supermarkets. Due to business expansion, we need to add a new round of work rotation staff, including chefs, kitchen helpers, and cleaners. Salaries are calculated on time, and there are overtime subsidies for overtime work; bonuses for outstanding work performance, and additional allowances such as medical care and company share after working for a certain time limit!
