Hotel maintenance worker full time

Responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of water, electricity, air conditioning, lighting, elevator and other systems in the hotel. Respond to maintenance requests in guest rooms and public areas in a timely manner to ensure quick resolution of problems. Maintain special facilities such as kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and swimming pool systems. Quickly diagnose equipment faults and repair them. Coordinate with the front desk, housekeeping department and other departments to reduce the impact of maintenance on guests. Record maintenance status and submit maintenance reports. Regularly inspect safety facilities such as fire protection systems, emergency lighting, escape routes, etc. Comply with hotel safety operating procedures to ensure that there are no safety hazards during the maintenance process. Assist in safety drills and emergency incident handling. Manage the inventory of maintenance tools and spare parts to keep them clean and sufficient. Assist the engineering supervisor with material procurement and equipment update suggestions. Participate in equipment installation and debugging. Salary: negotiable, based on experience and skill level. Work 5-6 days per week, shift system (including night shift).
