Looking for an experienced warehouse supervisor Scope of Responsibilities: Receive orders from sales, then arrange and participate in the assembly and packaging of wooden cabinets Operate sit-down forklifts, reach forklifts, and cherry pickers Understand and be familiar with all sizes and models of company cabinets Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance Properly allocate and maintain storage areas for goods Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of shipments Communicate job expectations to employees, guide employees and allocate workload ?Maintain inventory records and be able to report inventory status in a timely manner Required skills and expertise: ?Efficient supervisory skills and management skills ?Understanding of warehouse software and proficiency in using MS Office ?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ?Ability to operate sit-down forklift, reach forklift, and cherry picker ?Bilingual in Mandarin and English ?Able to lift 50lb ?Proficient in using assembly and disassembly tools Working hours are Monday to Saturday.
