We are an e-commerce & overseas warehouse company from Los Angeles, headquartered in Hangzhou, China. Currently recruiting warehouse supervisors and warehouse workers in Dayton, details are as follows: Work location: Dayton, South Brunswick township, NJ 08810 (Exit 8 of Highway 95) Job responsibilities: Daily delivery orders, picking, packaging, sorting returns, shelving, labeling and replacement, etc. Job requirements: Ability to file taxes legally, strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, fast work efficiency, strong execution ability, and team awareness. Those with no experience can be trained (those who can drive forklifts, benti and proficient in using warehouse equipment are preferred, and those with 1-3 years of warehouse work experience are preferred.) Salary: $18-22/hour, 3 days of paid sick leave per year, 3 days of paid annual leave. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, you can also choose to work on Saturdays and Sundays. Job Responsibilities: Participate in establishing warehouse work standards, processes and management systems, and be responsible for warehouse management and operation indicators. · Develop daily work plans for the warehouse, arrange personnel and work assignments for each warehouse group, supervise and assess them, implement work process standardization, reasonably allocate labor and manage the performance of each position to improve efficiency. · Liaise with overseas warehouse business, formulate work plans for warehouse personnel according to customer needs, and have certain experience in quoting overseas warehouse business. · Make statistical reports on the storage capacity of all goods in the warehouse, arrange warehousing and shipping tasks, be responsible for management responsibilities such as inbound and outbound transportation, inventory, safety, and daily operation quality, control error rates in accordance with company standards, and ensure warehouse operation efficiency. · Have long-term and valid U.S. work status. · More than 3 years of experience in warehouse management and overseas warehouse operations · Good leadership skills, communication skills, teamwork skills, organizational skills, etc. · Have English communication skills, familiar with office software and computer operation.
