Large cross-border brand's own overseas warehouse Overseas Warehouse Supervisor Workplace: North Bergen, NJ 1 Responsible for formulating standardized warehousing management systems and mechanisms; 2 Recruiting and training new employees, with independent team leadership experience, and creating new teams; 3 Having strong on-site operation capabilities, providing work guidance and business knowledge training to warehousing personnel, making daily work efficient, accurate, and orderly, and demonstrating efficient and advanced working methods; 4 Monitoring daily warehousing shipments to ensure KPIs Meet the standards; optimize the warehousing operation process to improve overall operational efficiency; promote lean management of warehousing and implement it. 5. Connect the supply needs of warehouses and offline stores and provide relevant support. 1. Bachelor degree or above in logistics management. Major preferred (can be relaxed), with legal working status; 2. More than 3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce warehousing management, with experience in large-scale e-commerce warehousing; 3. High data sensitivity, clear logical thinking, and strong data mining and analysis capabilities; 4. Strong planning and execution capabilities, able to develop standardized warehousing management mechanisms on-site; 5. Proficient in warehousing logistics management systems such as WMS and TMS; 6. It is preferred to master a small amount of working English and Spanish; 7. Be willing to engage in the warehousing and logistics industry for a long time and be good at coordination and communication management.
