JDL is recruiting full-time [Warehouse Supervisor] for a large warehouse in Piscataway, NJ. [Warehouse Supervisor 1. Under the supervision of the department supervisor, be responsible for the overall arrangement of daily shipping work and the reasonable deployment of shipping personnel. 2. Responsible for formulating, modifying and improving the shipping workflow to make the daily work of the warehouse faster and more organized. 3. Responsible for the training of shipping personnel, continuously improve the operational level of shipping personnel, and improve the overall service quality. 4. Supervise designated shipping employees to ensure 100% timely delivery according to the requirements of each order with zero errors or omissions. 5. Evaluate each member’s performance. 6. Responsible for coordination and cooperation with other working groups. 7. Communicate company policies and updates to shipping employees. 8. Ensure the team's compliance according to the requirements of the company's information management system. 9. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager. Responsibilities: 1. Supervise assigned shipping employees to ensure 100% timely delivery based on the requirement of each order, and zero errors or omissions. 5. Evaluate the performance of each member. 6. Responsible for coordination and cooperation with other working groups. 7. Communicate company policies and updates to shipping employees. 8. Ensure the compliance of the team according to the requirements of the company's information management system. Have at least 1 year or more experience in warehouse work, and be familiar with the workflow of warehouse receipt, storage, and delivery arrangements; 3. Have strong execution ability and certain team management experience; 4. Rigorous work attitude, serious and responsible work, willing to engage in the warehousing and logistics industry for a long time, good at coordination, communication and management Qualifications: 1. Proficient in the use of office software, familiar with WMS system is preferred; 2. At least 1 year (or above) of warehouse work experience, familiar with the working procedures of each link of warehouse receiving, location storage, and delivery arrangements; 3. Strong execution ability and certain team management experience; 4. Rigorous work attitude, serious and responsible work. 5. Have a legal working status 6.
