The branch is mainly responsible for the after-sales processing and distribution business of the parent company’s e-commerce products. The current warehouse is in Edison. We are now sincerely inviting a warehouse supervisor to join us and train as a core member to grow with the company and create a better future. 1. Have certain English communication skills and be able to deal with daily problems, proficient candidates will be given priority; 2. Have warehouse management experience, be familiar with inbound and outbound management, inventory control, warehouse maintenance, and understand the WMS warehouse management system and logistics operation process; 3. Have team management experience, and have strong organizational and coordination skills; 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, be mature and stable, and be able to work in this position stably for a long time; 5. Have legal work qualifications and can file taxes; 6. Must be in good health, possess certain hands-on skills, and adapt to warehouse work. 1. Assist in warehouse construction: participate in warehouse infrastructure configuration and optimization; 2. Team building: participate in recruitment, training and team management; 3. Daily operation preparation: establish efficient warehousing processes and improve warehouse operation efficiency. 1. Warehouse operation management: optimize the incoming and outgoing process to ensure efficient flow of goods; 2. Inventory management: supervise inventory data, ensure data accuracy, conduct regular inventory and optimize inventory allocation; 3. Team management: responsible for personnel training, performance appraisal, work arrangements, and improve team execution; 4. Safety and compliance: ensure that the warehouse complies with safety standards and relevant regulations, and optimize operating procedures; 5. Warehouse maintenance (warehouse maintenance): keep the warehouse clean and orderly, and improve operational efficiency; 6. Cross-department collaboration: Work closely with domestic procurement, logistics, customer service and other departments to optimize supply chain efficiency.
