As our business grows, we sincerely invite experienced warehouse supervisors to join the team to create efficient, professional, and modern warehousing operations. Responsible for daily warehouse operation management, including receiving, warehousing, sorting, packaging, shipping and other processes; Develop and implement warehouse operating standards to ensure inventory accuracy and warehousing efficiency; Lead and train warehouse employees, reasonably allocate work tasks, and improve team execution and cohesion; Supervise and optimize the safety and cleanliness of the warehousing environment, in compliance with OSHA and other safety standards; Maintain close communication with procurement, customer service and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders; Monitor the warehouse KPI (such as order processing efficiency, error rate, inventory turnover rate, etc.) and propose improvement plans. Have 2 or more years of warehouse management or supervisory experience (e-commerce, retail or third-party logistics background is preferred); be familiar with warehousing processes, inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) and common operating specifications; have good communication and coordination skills and team management experience; have problem-solving skills and be able to efficiently advance work in a fast-paced environment, have basic English communication skills and be able to understand operating instructions; candidates with a forklift license or related skills will be preferred.
