The project site manager will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of the company's warehouse automation project at the customer site to ensure project safety, quality, progress and customer satisfaction. This position requires practical abilities in equipment installation, system debugging, troubleshooting and maintenance. - Manage the overall delivery of the project site and serve as the main communication window between customers and third-party contractors - Develop project plans, resource allocation and installation implementation processes - Ensure project safety compliance, quality standards and on-time delivery - Responsible for equipment installation, system configuration, calibration and debugging - Assist system integration and on-site acceptance testing (SAT) - Perform system troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance - Provide technical support and training to customer on-site teams - College degree or above, electrical, mechanical, automation related majors are preferred - More than 2 years of equipment installation, debugging or on-site after-sales experience - Ability to handle mechanical/electrical faults independently - Ability to use English for daily work communication - Must have legal U.S. work status (the company does not provide visa sponsorship) - Must live locally in the recruiting city - Applicants with experience in warehouse automation, conveyor lines, sorting systems or robots are preferred - Applicants with on-site management or outsourcing team management experience are preferred - Promotion space is provided and can be developed into a project manager or regional service leader - Complete training and career development system (including training opportunities at China headquarters) We welcome you to join!
