By building a global shipping and air transport network, and innovatively launching products such as Selected FCL, Selected LCL, Selected Air Freight, etc., and supporting functions such as online quotation, online ordering, and online logistics tracking, YQN is making every effort to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain service system. - Conduct regular (weekly) on-site inspections of cooperative warehouses and satellite warehouses. - Monitor operational metrics and report on warehouse performance, risks and improvement measures. - Provide warehouse management system (WMS) training, standard operating procedure guidance and operational support to cooperative warehouse teams. - Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable safety and logistics regulations. - Collaborate with information technology and operations teams to improve system functionality and warehouse process efficiency. - Solve problems on-site and report major matters to regional management. - Handle partner onboarding, rate setting and contract compliance matters. - Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners. - Support customer service upgrades, complaint handling and performance recovery visits. - Bachelor degree or above in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related majors. - At least 1 year of warehouse management or supervisor experience. - More than 1 year of third-party logistics or outsourcing warehouse cooperation experience. - Applicants with experience in high volume or fast-paced logistics environments will be preferred. - Familiar with warehouse operations, processes and warehouse management systems. - Excellent leadership, training and communication skills. - Ability to multi-task and deliver on time. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization. - Must be able to speak Mandarin and English. - Willing and able to travel within the local area more than 50% of the time. - 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM ~ 5:00PM (on-site office required) Working location: Within 1 hour's drive of the Port Reading area. When not patrolling the warehouse, the base is at the Port Reading warehouse. Salary: US$23-27 per hour.
