If you enjoy outdoor activities, I recommend neighborhoods near the Red River for beautiful scenery, perfect for walking or biking.

Housing prices here range from $80,000 to $150,000, making it suitable for families on a budget. The neighbors are very friendly, and there are often gatherings during holidays, making it easy to integrate into local life.
