Recruiting Warehouse Supervisor [Warehouse Management]

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the weekly layout and daily work responsibility allocation of warehouse employees 2. Assist warehouse employees to complete daily shipments, transfers and FBA transfers 3. Ensure daily orders are issued in time and ensure daily warehouse operations are orderly and efficient 4. Timely handle returns and exchanges, inspections, records and re-escalation 5. According to the arrival situation of maritime containers, timely book unloading tools such as forklifts, direct and assist the receipt and warehousing of sea and air cargo and timely shelving 6. Regularly organize inventory, record the inventory results and feedback to the warehouse clerk 7. Check warehouse hygiene, water and electricity and other safety measures every day 8. Develop employee assessment KPIs and conduct regular assessments 9. Reasonably layout the warehouse and maintain the layout without disruption 10. Regularly improve the warehouse operation process to improve the efficiency of warehouse employees 11. Handle other possible external relations (such as liaison with logistics companies, etc.) Job requirements: 1. Have legal working status in the United States and be able to file taxes legally; 2. Have experience in warehouse management; 3. Have the ability to use and operate computers, and have basic English language skills; 4. Have the ability to organize, coordinate and solve problems; 5. Work carefully, patiently, conscientiously, and have a strong sense of responsibility to ensure the accuracy of goods distribution; 6. Have a sincere work attitude and be able to have good work efficiency and working status. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am~6:00pm, 8 hours a day, 1 hour break at noon, and weekends off.
