Be fully responsible for market development, including formulating and executing global market expansion strategies to ensure AmCan’s international market position in the field of assisted reproduction; 2. Develop and manage high-net-worth customer groups, deeply explore potential markets, expand online and offline channels, and promote the diversification and sustainable growth of customer resources; 3. Conduct accurate market research and analysis to deeply understand the needs and market trends of high-net-worth customers, identify new market opportunities, optimize customer acquisition strategies, and improve market coverage; 4. Build and maintain relationships with global partners and industry resources, expand AmCan’s influence in the global assisted reproduction field, and promote cooperation with high-end medical resources; 5. Participate in the formulation of the company’s brand strategy, enhance the brand’s visibility and influence in the global market, especially targeted promotion for high-net-worth customer groups; 6. Cultivate and lead the market development team, improve the team's channel development capabilities and market analysis capabilities, and ensure the continued expansion of the company's business. 1. Rich experience in market development and customer acquisition, with the ability to independently develop new markets and efficiently implement market strategies, especially experience in expanding among high-net-worth customer groups; 2. Keen market insight and innovation ability, able to discover and seize new market opportunities, and transform them into actual business growth; 3. Excellent channel development and resource integration capabilities, familiar with online and offline multi-channel marketing and customer acquisition strategies, and can effectively promote the expansion of market share; 4. Organize and plan marketing activities, such as promotion meetings, information sessions, salons, etc., to attract and convert potential customers; 5.
