Recruiting an accountant

- Keep daily accounting records and manage income and expenditure - Process employee wages, invoices, and tax returns - Prepare monthly and annual financial statements - Reconcile with suppliers and customers - Work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) - Working hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break) - Weekends off, such as the end of the month/quarter settlement period, you may need to work overtime (overtime subsidies are provided) - Monthly salary range: $4,800 - $6,800 (negotiable based on experience) - Provide overtime pay (1.5 times the hourly rate for work exceeding 40 hours/week) - 10-15 days of paid annual leave + rest on US statutory holidays - Provide medical insurance (health, vision, dental) - Factory employee discounts or welfare packages - Provide parking spaces and convenient transportation - College degree or above in accounting or finance related majors - At least 2 years of accounting work experience, experience in the food industry or manufacturing industry is preferred - Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks and Excel - Candidates fluent in English or Chinese and English are preferred - Be meticulous, have a strong sense of responsibility and have good communication and coordination skills.
