Due to the company's business development needs, we are recruiting a personal assistant (full time), independent office working environment, paperwork. 1. Assist the general manager in handling daily affairs. 2. Daily administrative work in the office, including procurement, sorting and distribution; maintenance of office equipment and environment, etc. 3. Data entry, modification, query; file sorting and classification 4. Coordinate with department heads of the company to organize feedback work 1. Requires certain computer operation skills, familiarity with and ability to flexibly use Google software, MS Office software 2. Positive work attitude, careful execution process, good at communication and coordination 3. Cheerful personality, strong communication skills, and teamwork spirit 4. Able to communicate fluently in Chinese/English, and have certain document editing skills 6. Aged between 35-50 years old. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
