Description
C.G.M. Development is currently seeking an Associate to assist the Property Manager in the management of commercial properties, including tenant relations, marketing and building operations. 1. Build and maintain tenant relationships 2. Market our properties to potential tenants 3. Create marketing documents and work with the team to develop marketing concepts and strategies 4. Conduct complete walk-throughs of properties to ensure proper maintenance is being performed on a weekly basis. Walks and tours include interior corridors, exteriors, entrances, and more. 5. Complete every task assigned by the manager, including performing tenant move-in and move-out procedures, collecting and distributing mail in a timely manner, ordering and maintaining office supplies, maintaining a thorough understanding of contract documents and lease agreements, etc. * Simple communication in English and Mandarin required * Attention to details and service spirit * Able to learn new tasks and follow instructions * Education: High school diploma—AA or BA is preferred * Must have legal working status and can file taxes Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm Salary: $18-$25/HR.
