Job Responsibilities: Responsible for administrative affairs and office affairs. Including the formulation and implementation promotion of relevant system processes, daily office affairs management, office item management, file management, and meeting management. Responsible for the maintenance of daily office systems, establishing preliminary administrative management systems, and performing administrative management duties; purchasing and managing various office supplies and consumables; assisting departments in responsible for various company affairs; handling other related matters in accordance with the company's administrative management system; responsible for drafting and modifying company documents, notices and other documents, signing, sorting, filing, and issuing documents; and completing other tasks assigned by leaders. Familiar with business operations, with strong learning and comprehension abilities; work carefully and meticulously, be well organized, have professionalism and responsibility, and have strong communication, coordination, and execution skills; have excellent communication and written expression skills, fluent writing, and be able to draft and write various documents independently; be proficient in using office software such as word, excel, etc.; Reminder: Do not rush to remit money or pay a deposit before seeing the physical object to avoid being deceived.
