Description
1. Assist banks in managing overdue credit card accounts and maintain credit management order; 2. Communicate with customers through telephone reminders, guide customers to repay correctly, and maintain good personal credit records; 3. Verify and repair customer-related information, closely promote the implementation of customer repayment plans, and assist banks in promoting the recovery of non-performing assets. 1. Female, in good health, good appearance, no bad credit record within two years; 2. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with basic computer operations, academic qualifications may be relaxed for those with outstanding qualifications; 3. Have good communication and coordination skills, able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure, and have a team spirit; 4. Willing to grow with the company, hard-working, responsible and responsible partner; 5. Maintain good personal hygiene habits and create a clean and hygienic office environment.
