Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Location: [Irvine/Los Angeles, CA] We are a dynamic and growing company dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional products and service. We are currently looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner. We want you to be someone who is passionate about helping others and able to excel in a fast-paced environment. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email and online chat. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and providing the best solution. Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments and handling returns and exchanges. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customers have a seamless experience. Relevant experience in a customer service position. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to flexibly respond to various situations. Ability to handle difficult or emotional customers with empathy and patience. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
