Urgently hiring a financial assistant and office assistant. (Work location: Carson City) Job Responsibilities: 1. Carefully review all types of bills and bills sent by various departments to ensure the authenticity and timeliness of the business, and pay the corresponding business accurately after reasonably arranging the fund use plan. 2. Accurately prepare export sales contracts and other documents according to the bill of lading and confirm with customers in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the business. Create records based on actual shipments and business occurrences and send them to customers in a timely manner, and notify customers to confirm payment. Statistics and tracking must be done after the contract is issued to ensure the normal recovery of funds. 4. Income and expenditure funds must be accounted for in a timely and accurate manner to ensure that the actual accounts are consistent. Daily fund reports must be prepared every day, and fund reconciliation statements must be prepared at the end of each month to ensure the accuracy and safety of the use of funds. 5. Documents that occur every month must be bound and filed in a timely manner, various contracts and corporate photos should be properly kept, and customer and supplier information should be registered in a timely and complete manner. 6. Answer and transfer calls politely; receive visitors warmly and register visitors when necessary. 7. Upload and deliver the company’s notices, documents, and letters in a timely manner, and do a good job of document registration. Mail by post office. 8. Responsible for document printing and copying of various departments. Responsible for the sending, receiving and transmitting of various administrative documents and information. 9. Abide by the principle of confidentiality, increase the concept of confidentiality, strictly follow work procedures, and do not disseminate or disseminate company information, decisions and other confidential matters that you come into contact with at work. 10. Responsible for the layout of the company meeting venue, notifying participants of the meeting time and location, taking and archiving meeting minutes if necessary, and distributing and collecting meeting materials. 11.
