For more company details, please see: / Job description: Gold Medal Cabinet North America Branch is looking for an order management specialist: processing of orders between the factory and the warehouse; data maintenance of the daily goods in and out system; operating the inventory management system according to orders; checking the inventory ledger and reconciliation of receivables every 15 days; rolling reports and reconciliation of overdue inventory in the inventory (more than 12 years old); assisting the warehouse management specialist in inventory counting on a monthly or quarterly basis; other related work assigned by the supervisor. Scope of responsibilities: Ensure that all incoming and outgoing goods are accurately recorded in the system; ensure the accuracy of data in the daily inventory management system; ensure the accuracy of the ledgers in the inventory management system every 15 days; closely follow up on regular inventory to ensure the consistency of system data and physical inventory. Job requirements: Bachelor degree or above; more than 1 year of inventory control management experience (experience in cabinet companies is preferred); good English communication and written expression skills; proficient in using Excel and Word, and good computer skills; proficient in using various public equipment; able to complete work assigned by the supervisor on time.
