Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain technical quality assurance and control systems and activities. Define and prescribe the implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspection, testing and evaluation of the company's products for precision, accuracy and reliability. Oversee the quality control process, final inspection and first article inspection conducted by the quality team. Report quality issues or findings to superior managers and follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner. Develop standardized work procedures to facilitate effective communication of procedures to affected areas. Develop training documents and assist in training; assist in resolving quality issues. Reject and return nonconforming product and communicate required adjustments to the production team. Record and update inspection results by filling out quality control reports and quality control logs.
