Recruiting an interior design assistant [Ms. 33-50] 1. Cooperate with the design director and designers to prepare related work in the design concept stage, such as searching for copywriting, drawings and related information; 2. Responsible for the preparation of relevant materials, typesetting and production of interior design and soft decoration design proposal books; 3. Assist the design director in the follow-up and execution of coordination work with other design teams, technical support departments and customers. 4． Participate in project meetings and take minutes of project meetings; 5. Responsible for integrating the picture data and graphic data of the on-site survey, and responsible for producing the completed project status report; 6. Responsible for cooperating with interior designers to screen materials required for design, and produce material boards and a full set of specifications; 7. Responsible for cooperating with the soft decoration designer to number the furniture drawings, and produce soft decoration specification sheets and simple furniture drawings; 8. Cooperate with the material and soft decoration purchasing manager to select and purchase project furniture, curtains and other home furnishings or materials to the market; 9. Cooperate with the material and soft decoration purchasing manager to classify, product optimize and update the company's database; 10. Cooperate with the material and soft decoration purchasing supervisor to update the supplier's product catalog and include it in the product database; 11. Cooperate with the company's personnel administration department to produce some VI design work; 12. Responsible for the archival management of various design materials and graphics.
