Hire warehouse supervisor with high salary

Subrtex International Furniture Company is now recruiting warehouse supervisors. Work location: Pico Rivera · Participate in the establishment of warehouse work standards, processes and management systems, and be responsible for warehouse management and operation indicators · Develop daily work plans for the warehouse, arrange personnel and work assignments for each warehouse group, supervise and evaluate them, implement work process standardization, reasonably allocate labor and manage the performance of each position to improve efficiency · Regularly count materials and consumables in the warehouse, review and inspect items that need to be purchased, plan budgets, and control warehouse costs · Provide statistical reports on the storage capacity of all goods on light and heavy shelves in the warehouse, arrange warehousing and shipping tasks, be responsible for management responsibilities such as inbound and outbound transportation, inventory, safety, and daily operation quality, control error rates in accordance with company standards, and ensure warehouse operation efficiency · Establish a work reporting system, timely analyze the warehouse operation status, and provide timely feedback · Have long-term and valid U.S. work status. · More than 5 years of experience in warehouse management and warehouse planning · Have good leadership skills, communication skills, teamwork skills, organizational skills, etc. · Be able to communicate in English, be familiar with office software, and be familiar with computer operations. · Be hard-working, have a strong sense of time, be organized, careful and planned, have a strong sense of responsibility, and have a team spirit. Be able to file taxes legally, be proficient in using computers, have some experience in placing orders, be able to communicate in English, have a strong sense of responsibility, have a team spirit, work quickly, have strong execution ability, and have team awareness. Salary: $6000/month Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm Covid-19 Considerations: 1. Staff are fixed and all wear masks and gloves. 2.
