Description
1. Responsible for the construction of the U.S. warehousing system and process, formulating efficient warehousing management processes, improving warehousing capacity, sorting efficiency, and warehousing quality; 2. Presiding over the daily management and operation of warehousing, controlling warehousing costs, and effectively controlling human efficiency, storage capacity, average order cost, etc.; 3. Responsible for the construction of department teams, doing a good job in talent selection and training, and enhancing team cohesion; 4. Participating in the formulation of sustainable development strategies for the U.S. branch and presiding over its implementation. 1. Bachelor degree or above; majors in logistics, transportation, warehousing and supply chain are preferred; 2. More than 2 years of management experience, experience in team management of more than 30 people, professional knowledge and experience in warehousing management and operation, familiar with warehousing management systems and operation management models; 3. Possessing strong data analysis, logical judgment, communication skills, organizational coordination and planning capabilities; 4. Priority is given to those with cross-border e-commerce warehousing management experience and experience in Party B's freight forwarding or logistics company; 5. Chinese and English can be used as working languages, understand the logistics and transportation channels in Los Angeles and the United States, and local industry-related laws and regulations; 1. Assist the manager to handle the personnel, administrative and financial work of the Los Angeles company. 2. Participate in visits, reception, maintenance and development of local supplier partners in the United States. 3. Assist the manager to cooperate with the warehouse manager to complete the company's established business implementation. 4. Connect with the Chinese team to coordinate problems and solutions during the company's operation. 5. Be able to complete other trivial matters assigned. 1.
