Develop daily receiving and warehousing and replenishment plans and complete them on time 2. Properly plan the warehouse layout according to inventory changes to improve warehouse utilization and safety 3. Develop monthly and quarterly inventory plans on time and lead the team to implement them 4. Develop corresponding assessment standards and conduct assessments based on the work content of each team position 5. Develop reasonable work processes and provide effective training to team members 6. Be able to adjust work processes in a timely manner according to changes in work conditions to ensure efficient operation of all team tasks 7. In accordance with the company and OSHA Maintain a safe and orderly work area in accordance with policies and regulations. 8. Communicate with various departments of the company on inventory-related issues through emails, phone calls and instant messages. 1. Have strong planning and coordination capabilities and be able to adjust and formulate work plans and content in a timely manner according to inventory changes. 2. Have high execution ability and be able to assist the company management in promoting various work plans. 3. Have decision-making ability and be able to make independent decisions on various matters of the team, such as work allocation, personnel coordination, and dispute mediation between employees. 4. Be able to skillfully drive and use common warehouse equipment such as forklifts 1. Bachelor degree prefer 3. More than 1 year of warehouse management experience prefer 5.
