[Amazon Warehouse Recruitment] Sorter/Packager/Forklift Operator

Recruitment position & salary: Salary: $18-$22/hour. Responsible for selecting goods according to orders, sorting goods, packaging and shipping. Not physically demanding, suitable for those with no experience. Training is available. Salary: $19-$24/hour. Responsible for scanning and checking product barcodes to ensure accurate inventory. Requires careful and skillful use of barcode scanners. Training is available for those without experience. Salary: $22-$28/hour. Responsible for the loading, unloading and transportation of goods, a forklift operating certificate is required (the company can provide certification subsidies) Experienced candidates are preferred, training is available for those without experience Salary: $20-$25/hour Responsible for inventory management, data entry, cargo placement and classification Basic English communication skills are required, and those who are proficient in computer operation are preferred Salary: $22-$30/hour Responsible for arranging inbound and outbound goods, transportation tracking, document processing, etc. Requires certain logistics experience and communication skills - Aged 18-50 years old, in good health and able to adapt to the warehouse working environment - Legal status is required, long-term workers are preferred - No experience required, can be trained, can endure hardships, and work conscientiously and responsibly - Candidates with basic English communication skills are preferred (some positions are not required) - Forklift drivers need to hold a certificate (can assist with certification) Overtime pay (1.5 times salary), additional holiday allowances Paid training, no experience required Additional bonuses and promotion opportunities available after working for 3 months Those with outstanding performance can be promoted to warehouse supervisors. Some positions provide meal and transportation subsidies, medical insurance, and 401K retirement plans (applicable to some long-term employees).
