Currently, we have more than 4,000 active customers and operate more than 30 fulfillment centers. The company continues to optimize its automated warehousing and distribution system to support the expansion needs of customers’ cross-border e-commerce business. As a channel specialist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring the entire logistics process from raw materials to end products to ensure efficient warehousing and distribution to meet customer needs. Handle the creation and coordination of offline third-party B2C orders Arrange vehicle reservations for FBA orders, handle online form inquiries and ordering matters Update online channel information in advance, check and fill in channel alerts Review and submit FBA orders/external trucks/external transportation orders Check container system return notices and warehouse operating specifications Connect customer delivery business and email communication Cooperate with new service providers and determine fixed prices Check and submit container rental fees and related bills Job opportunities at international e-commerce logistics platforms Participate in cutting-edge projects of automated warehousing and cross-border business development.
