[Recruitment] Logistics transfer warehouse supervisor

- Comprehensively coordinate daily receipt and delivery, cargo diversion, confluence and other transfer processes - Develop and optimize warehouse operation procedures, coordinate truck drivers, forklift workers and warehouse operators to ensure efficient loading, unloading and scheduling. - Manage and train the transshipment operation team, training and performance evaluation; - Maintain communication with customer service, dispatchers, and carriers (LTL/FTL), assist with transportation planning and vehicle scheduling, optimize loading and routes - Coordinate communication with customer service, e-commerce platforms, and transportation teams, resolve order exceptions and customer complaints; - Review and maintain operating documents such as loading orders, pick-up orders, and transshipment records - Responsible for warehouse safety and compliance, complying with company policies and OSHA and other safety regulations; - Assist with cost control and budget formulation; - More than 2 years of FBA warehouse management experience, familiar with warehouse or transportation coordination management experience, 3PL operation; - Familiar with WMS system and basic Excel operations; - Strong organizational coordination and team management experience; - Familiar with cross-docking or flow-through process is preferred.
