As a store manager, you will lead a team of consultants who are passionate about travel and lifestyle, constantly striving to exceed customer expectations and create unforgettable trips and experiences for Ucruising members. You'll be a brand ambassador, proudly planning unforgettable trips and delivering personalized solutions through our best-in-class service, exclusive programs and "one-stop" packages, inspiring long-term relationships and loyalty. Some of the things you may do every day in our stores include: 1. Realize the concept of "Seeing the World on a Cruise" by providing innovative and extraordinary services. 2. Provide consultation to customers to recommend relevant products and services that perfectly suit their needs 3. Create unique travel experiences by professionally booking cruises, domestic and international flights, and excursions around the world. 4. Leverage detailed knowledge of your customers’ lifestyle preferences to deliver relevant value-add opportunities Have your finger on the pulse of industry trends so you can provide knowledgeable advice and confidently sell products and services 5. Reveal to your customers a world of cruising they never knew they had 6. Know what your customers want before they do You will work in a fast-paced and youthful environment. Must deliver unique solutions by understanding our customers' needs and adapt easily to our technology, have a deep understanding of our processes and strategies, and possess empathy. We are looking for someone with analytical, record-keeping and time management skills. What you'll need to make the most of your passion for cruises and travel: 1. A good understanding of travel and world geography, which can be from spending time exploring the world, learning within the industry, or through your recent history of domestic and international travel sales 2. The ability to build lasting customer relationships through careful listening and strong oral and written communication skills. 3. Maintain a positive adaptability and calm attitude under pressure and in changing environments 4. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills 5. Have sales experience and consulting skills to confidently recommend and cross-sell relevant products and services 6. Computer skills are crucial as you will use several different travel tools every day. We'll provide comprehensive training on all cruise line booking tools, so you'll be an expert in no time. 7. Able to speak proficiently in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Work location: Alhambra. Los Angeles County, California Job benefits: Basic salary plus commission, you can enjoy other company benefits and benefits after the probation period.
