Nature of work: Part-time/full-time available, flexible hours, less than 25 hours per week, no clocking in. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic candidate who will assist with carrying out day-to-day tasks. This person must be diligent, reliable, and flexible, which means they must be comfortable balancing multiple assignments at once such as answering phone calls, data entry, customer service, sells etc. 1. As a Landlord Assistant, handle daily repairs and maintenance to keep the property running properly. 2. Handle tenant complaints and issues. 3. Show vacant properties to potential tenants. 5. Regularly inspect vacant properties and plaza hygiene to ensure properties are in optimal condition. 6. Keep income, expenses, complaints, repairs, etc. and record them on an automated platform. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: English Fluency (Required). Microsoft Office skills (Google Drive, Word, Excel). Work with and check status of repair and maintnance work. Ability to prioritize and multi-task without direct supervision. Customer service skills and communication. Valentina.
