Sales Manager--Store Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: ·Meet or exceed sales target by closely working with team members. ·Analyze and develop annual/quarterly/monthly sales growing strategies and media plans for the store channel. ·Lead the development, implementation, and successful execution of local promotion events ·Manage, coach and motivate sales team to deliver better performance ·Continuously build and maintain business relationships with local partners. Due to business needs, we are recruiting a regional sales manager for the greater New York area.
