Work location: Houston, TX - Familiar with the company's products, including the U.S. credit card processing industry - Listen to customer needs, determine the services customers need, and provide corresponding professional answers - Provide customers with corresponding credit card processing solutions in a timely manner, and enter customer conversation information into the management system - Assist customers with inquiries and requirements regarding account risk protection, including fund entry and customer default issues - Handle issues of delayed arrival or failed deductions - Assist sales staff to handle customer requests and provide after-sales service policies to sales staff - Interpret for customers and Priority Payment System or FirstData service center, and solve accounting and terminal system problems for customers - Handle service failures and customer complaints, and track the progress of solutions - Provide technical support to the technical department, and solve technical problems that arise when guests use credit card machines - Spoken fluently, have excellent communication and expression skills (this job requires direct communication with American English customer service) - Have professional customer service awareness and teamwork spirit - Diligent and good at learning, positive work attitude, responsible, careful and patient - Strong ability to withstand stress, good at communication, strong observation, good at identifying and solving problems - Applicants with experience in customer service will be given priority - Provide health, vision and dental insurance - Provide 401K retirement plan - Provide quarterly salary increases based on quarterly performance evaluation results - Paid holidays and H1B sponsorship for outstanding talents - The company provides training for new employees to understand the credit card processing industry and how to deal with customer service and technical issues.
