Director of Overseas Warehouse Transshipment Operations

Due to the rapid growth of the company's business and the continuous expansion of the overseas warehouse network, our company has officially recruited a senior overseas warehouse and transshipment operations director for the industry. - Fully responsible for the operation and management of overseas warehouse dropshipping, FBA transshipment and warehousing fulfillment business, ensuring efficient and smooth warehousing, inventory and outbound processes. - Train and manage the operations team, formulate and optimize SOPs, and improve team efficiency and service quality. - Meet customer needs, provide professional solutions, and be responsible for customer communication, exception handling and project promotion. - Coordinate across departments (receiving, shipping, truck dispatch, customer service, billing, IT/WMS) to ensure overall service meets SLA. - Monitor operational indicators (KPI/SLA), identify problems in a timely manner and promote process optimization. - Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including personnel scheduling, process improvement, inventory accuracy and exception handling. - Participate in customer quotations, system optimization, process improvement and implementation of large customer projects. - More than 3 years of experience in overseas warehouse, 3PL, dropshipping, FBA transshipment or e-commerce logistics. - Familiar with e-commerce processes and WMS systems such as Shopify / Amazon FBM / Walmart. - Have experience in team management and can independently formulate SOPs and conduct training. - Excellent customer communication skills and cross-department collaboration skills. - English can be used as a working language (spoken and written). - Applicants with experience in multi-warehouse and multi-state operation management will be given priority.
