As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will assist the Operations Manager with warehouse management and customer service to provide strong support for the company's business development. Support the Operations Manager in team development and collaborate with other levels of staff to ensure efficient workflow and smooth communication to achieve team success. Receive, inspect, process and store inbound product. Oversee warehouse operations according to the quality manual, including management of warehouse personnel and/or third party service providers. Respond quickly to customer/customer inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate service issues to supervisors. Conduct weekly reports as assigned by the Operations Manager. Possess people management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have a valid driver's license, legal U.S. work status, SSN, and no criminal record.
