Warehouse Manager Job Responsibilities: Manage a 2,000-mile logistics express warehouse; the daily shipping order volume is 1,000-5,000/piece order 1. Warehouse management: Responsible for managing the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient and high-quality operation of the warehouse; including express pickup, warehousing, sorting, storage, turnover, returns, etc. 2. Develop and implement procedures to optimize warehouse time and efficiency 3. Supervise and manage warehouse workers: recruit temporary workers, Scheduling, arranging worker positions and work content; 4. Be responsible for the safe operation of the warehouse 5. U.S. green card or citizen 6. College degree or above 7. 2 years or more of local work experience in North America such as logistics management, warehousing management or retail operation management 8. Have a U.S. Full License driver's license and a private car 9. Both Chinese and English can be used as working languages 10.
